Haldi Khane Ke Fayde

Dosto Haldi jise hum Termaric ke naam se bhi jante hai. Iske bahut se fayde hai aur aap sabhi jante hai ki haldi ka istemal sabhi gharo me kiya jata hai ab chahe khana banane me ho ya ayurvedic upchar. Jo log sardi aur naak band hone se paresan hai unke liye bahut asaan sa tarike batau ki aap Haldi, Neem, Kali mirch aur shahad ko milakar sevan kare bahut laabh hoga. Itna hi nahi kali mirch ko pees kar shahad me bhigo de. Ab iska sevan aap regular rup se kare bahut fayda hoga.
  • Dil ke liye – Haldi humare dil ke liye bahut achha mana jata hai kyuki isme prachur matra me anti oxidant paya jata hai jo heart se related bimari ko dur karne me madad karte hai. Aapko agar dil se related bimari ho to sabse achha tarika bataye ki Doodh me haldi ko milakar sevan kare bahut fayda hoga.
